Tata cara pengajuan semua layanan keringanan biaya pendidikan mahasiswa Program Studi Sarjana Ilmu Hukum, Program Studi Magister, dan Program Doktor FH UB dilakukan dengan mengajukan permohonan ke Rektor melalui https://bantuankeuangan.ub.ac.id

Meanwhile, for students who need a letter of free tuition fees, this can be done in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Submitting Free Student Tuition Fees which can be seen here

Prosedur Pengajuan Translasi Abstrak
  1. Lakukan pembayaran abstrak/ringkasan sebesar 75 ribu/lembar ditujukan ke No.virtual account Bank BRI Nomor 1328730600 a.n. Jasa Translasi /Penerjemahan
  2. Mengirimkan draft abstrak/ringkasan tugas akhir, dengan ketentuan: 
    1. Maksimal: 250 kata
    2. Mencantumkan kata kunci
    3. Mencantumkan judul tugas akhir, identitas saudara dan identitas pembimbing 
    4. maksimal termuat dalam 1 halaman dengan tipe file MS Word. 
  3. Draft abstrak/ringkasan beserta bukti pembayaran dikirim ke alamat email translasikj@gmail.com
Prosedur Permintaan Surat Keterangan Bebas Pinjam

Permintaan SK Bebas Pinjam dapat dilakukan dengan 2 cara diantaranya yaitu : 

  • Melalui e-mail
    1. Kepada : ruangbaca_fh@ub.ac.id
    2. Subjek : SK Bebas Pinjam
    3. Isi : Salam pembuka, Nama, NIM, Prodi
  • Melalui Linktr.ee
    1. Kunjungi link yang tertera di bio Instagram @pdih_fhub atau kunjungi tautan https://linktr.ee/pdihfhub
    2. Pilih menu “Pengajuan Surat Bebas Pinjam PDIH”
    3. Isi form yang telah disediakan 

Untuk memeriksa hasil pengajuan SK Bebas Pinjam, anda dapat melakukan pemeriksaan di tautan tersebut, dan pilih menu “Dashboard Hasil Pengajuan Surat Bebas Pinjam”. (estimasi pengerjaan maksimal 3 hari)

catatan : Surat Bebas Pinjam dapat digunakan untuk keperluan Yudisium dan Wisuda. Jika telah mengajukan lewat e-mail, tidak perlu mengajukan lewat linktr.ee lagi, dan begitu sebaliknya.

Prosedur Permintaan SK Telah Menyerahkan Skripsi /Tesis/Disertasi

Persyaratan 

  1. Tugas Akhir yang dikirimkan dalam bentuk pdf dengan format nama file (Nama-NIM-Jenis TA)

  2. Halaman Persetujuan wajib diberi tanda tangan asli oleh pembimbing dan Ketua Departemen 

  3. Halaman Pengesahan wajib diberi tanda tangan asli oleh pembimbing, Ketua Departemen dan Dekan. Serta diberi stampel yang dapat diperoleh dari PLT.

  4. Halaman Pengesahan wajib diberi tanggal pengesahan. 

Permintaan SK Telah Menyerahkan Skripsi/Tesis/Disertasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengirimkan e-mail dengan format sebagai berikut :
