[:id]Malang, FH UB – Dalam rangka mewujudkan standar World Class University, Universitas Brawijaya  (UB) melakukan kerja sama internasional dengan berbagai universitas di dunia.

Salah satu kerja sama yang dilakukan adalah kolaborasi antara Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya (FH UB) dengan Universität Leipzig Jerman dan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIS UNJ) yang dilaksanakan pada akhir bulan Juni 2023 lalu. Kegiatan kolaborasi tersebut merupakan kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan Universitas Brawijaya sejak tahun 2011 dan terus berlangsung hingga saat ini.

Dengan mengambil tema “Understanding Others and Social Cohesion in Times of Increasing Polarization“, kerja sama ini menyelenggarakan Workshop bertajuk “Taking Perspectives 2023” dan diisi dengan serangkaian kegiatan akademis, salah satunya PhD Kolokium.

Forum PhD Kolokium ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Juni 2023 yang bertempat di Juristenfakultät, Universität Leipzig, Jerman, dan diisi dengan agenda presentasi dan diskusi interdisipliner antar Dosen yang sedang menempuh studi doktoral dari ketiga Universitas.

Dalam PhD Kolokium ini, FH UB mengirimkan 2 (dua) delegasi yang merupakan dosen sekaligus mahasiswa dari program studi doktoral FH UB, yaitu Diah Pawestri Maharani, S.H., M.H. dan Muhammad Dahlan, S.H., M.H. Selain itu terdapat 1 (satu) orang perwakilan dosen FH UB sebagai penyaji materi.

Diah Pawestri Maharani, S.H., M.H. mempresentasikan proposal penelitiannya berjudul “Dispute Resolution on Cross-border Data Breach in E-commerce”. Sedangkan Muhammad Dahlan, S.H., M.H. membawakan materi presentasi berjudul “Meaningful Participation in The Law Making Process in Indonesia”.

Kemudian pada sesi perkuliahan, Dosen FH UB, Ladito R. Bagaskoro, S.H., M.H. juga berkesempatan untuk memaparkan materinya mengenai perkembangan hukum pidana di Indonesia.

Forum akademis ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dosen-dosen Universitas Brawijaya yang sedang menempuh studi doktoral, sekaligus sebagai forum untuk bertukar perspektif lintas keilmuan mengenai perkembangan hukum dan sosial, termasuk perbandingan pengaturan hukum yang berkembang di Indonesia dan di negara lain.

One of the collaborations carried out was organized between the Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya (FH UB) with the Universität Leipzig, Germany, and Faculty of Social Sciences Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIS UNJ) which was implemented at the end of June, 2023. This collaborative activity is a routine activity carried out by the Universitas Brawijaya since 2011 until continues to this day.

Taking the theme “Understanding Others and Social Cohesion in Times of Increasing Polarization“, this collaboration held the Workshop entitled “Taking Perspectives 2023” and was filled with a series of academic activities, one of which was the PhD Colloquium.

This PhD Colloquium is held on June 22, 2023, at the Juristenfakultät, Universität Leipzig, which was filled with interdisciplinary presentations and discussions between lecturers who are pursuing their Doctoral studies from three universities.

In this Colloquium, Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya sents 2 (two) delegations who are lecturers as well as doctoral students at FH UB, namely Diah Pawestri Maharani, S.H., M.H. and Muhammad Dahlan, S.H., M.H. In addition, there is one lecture representative of FH UB as a speaker.

Diah Pawestri Maharani, S.H., M.H. presented her research proposal entitled “Dispute Resolution on Cross-border Data Breach in E- commerce”. Then, Muhammad Dahlan, S.H., M.H. presented the material entitled “Meaningful Participation in The Law Making Process in Indonesia”.

In the lecture session, Lecturer at the FH UB, Ladito Risang Bagaskoro, S.H., M.H. also had the opportunity to explain about the development of criminal law in Indonesia.

This academic forum is expected to be able to improve the quality of UB lecturers who are pursuing doctoral studies, as well as a forum for exchanging cross-scientific perspectives on legal and social developments, including comparisons of legal arrangements that have developed in Indonesia and in other countries.
