Dalam rangka memperingati Dies Natalis Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya ke 58, diselenggarakan jalan sehat bersama keluarga besar FH UB. Acara ini digelar pada Minggu (02/08/2015) dengan mengambil rute di lingkungan Universitas Brawijaya. Jalan sehat ini diikuti oleh hampir 1.000 peserta yang terdiri dari Dosen dan Karyawan FH UB beserta keluarga, Rektor beserta Wakil Rektor dan para pimpinan Fakultas di UB, Alumni FH UB, Mahasiswa dan masyarakat di sekitar kampus UB.
Acara diawali dengan sambutan oleh Dekan FH UB, Dr. Rachmad Safa’at, SH. M.Si., kemudian dilanjutkan sambutan oleh Rektor UB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Mohammad Bisri, MS. Usai sambutan semua peserta bergerak ke lokasi start untuk memulai rute perjalanan. Perjalanan ditandai dengan melepas puluhan burung derkuku secara bersama-sama oleh para pimpinan Fakultas di UB dan pengibaran bendera start oleh Rektor UB. Kemudian ratusan peserta mulai berjalan sesuai rute yang telah ditentukan.
Di garis finish/akhir rute perjalanan, bermacam-macam hidangan makan pagi telah menyambut peserta jalan sehat. Semua peserta santap pagi bersama-sama diiringi dengan hiburan elektone dan penampilan band oleh civitas akademika FH UB. Acara tersebut juga dimeriahkan dengan pengundian ratusan doorprize, diantaranya sepeda motor, televisi, sepeda gunung, uang tunai, dan berbagai hadiah hiburan lainnya.
The 58th anniversary of the Faculty of Law Brawijaya University, was celebrated by a healthy walking event attended by the entire staff of the faculty and its family. The event was held on Sunday (08/02/2015) with the route inside the university. This event was attended by nearly 1,000 participants consisting of lecturers and employees and their families, Rector and Vice-Rector and the chief of faculty, Alumni, students and the community around UB.
The event began with a speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Law Brawijaya University, Dr. Rachmad Safa’at, SH. M.Si., followed by remarks from the Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Mohammad Bisri, MS. After the greetings all participants moved to the front of the faculty to start the route. The journey was marked with the release of dozens of derkuku birds jointly by the leaders of the Faculty and flag-raising by the Rector. Then hundreds of participants began running as predetermined route.
At the finish line or the end of the travel route, an assortment of breakfast dishes had been prepared to welcome the participants. All participants ate breakfast together accompanied by several entertainment and appearances by the faculty band and also student band. The event was also enlivened by the draw of hundreds of door prizes, including a motorcycle, television, mountain bike, cash, and various other prizes.
