FHUB Students Won XL Future Leaders Program Award

One of the student of Faculty of Law Brawijaya University makes its way to be the awardee of XL Future Leaders Program. XL Future Leaders is one of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) from XL Axiata, one of the leading telecommunication company in Indonesia. The FHUB student is Kristiyanto (2013), he is successfully choosen as awardee after a range of selective test by XL.

Kristiyanto explain that the way to be awardee was started by online application in which the applicants were required to write motivation letter and simple essay, and from more than 16.000 online applicants, about a quarter of them were successfully passed into interview test. The interview test is conducted directly by XL through out Indonesia, and finally after a serious interview, 150 undergraduate students all accross Indonesia is finally choosen to be the awardee of XL Future Leaders 2015.

Kristiyanto explained that as an awardee, he is entitled to get a high-class education from XL in the form of workshop that will be conducted in 2 (two) years by expertise provided by XL, the education will range from Managerial Skill and many others, to support the learning process, XL will also provide a smartphone and laptop to the awardee. Beside that, all of 150 awardee is invited for XL Future Leaders National Conference in Jakarta where all of the awardee get a special insight right in the headquarters of XL as well as joining a workshop attended by the CEO of XL. XLFL National Conference brings together undergraduate students from across the country for a series of presentations, war game, discussion, as well as graduation and welcoming ceremony. The event was attended by many prominent individuals such as Rudiantara – Minister of Communications and Information, Dian Siswarini – President Director of XL Axiata, Datin Sri Badrunnisa Mohd Yasin Khan – Group Chief Talent Officer and Rohaiza Ahmad – Head Corporate Responsibility of Group Talent Man from Axiata
