Procedure for Submitting Student Files Online to the Integrated Service Center (PLT) During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period

Based on the Regulation of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya Number 5 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education during the Prevention of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), it is determined that the service process for the Faculty of Law is carried out online. The service is held by the Integrated Service Center (PLT) FH UB with the procedure for submitting as follows:

  1. The first step, the applicant fills in the data via the following google form link: https://forms.gle/J3S7x2o4CEyze6h98
  2. Second step, the applicant sends the application file via:
    • email plt_fh@ub.ac.id for Service Category I (can be seen here)
    • email fhsih@ub.ac.id for Service Category II (can be seen here)

The two steps above must be done as a condition to get the service. Incomplete steps in the submission procedure result in the application being unable to be processed.

Service hours (file submission, processing, and sending of files via email) on the day Monday-Thursday at 08.00-16.00 and Friday at 08.00-16.30.

The completed file submission will be sent via the Applicant’s email.
