The National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN) RI Holds a Public Lecture

The National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN) RI Holds a Public Lecture on Consumer Protection Education in the Digital Economy Era on Tuesday (18/02/2020) at Auditorium 6th floor Building A FHUB.

The event was attended by 180 participants and moderated by Shinta Puspita Sari S.H., M.H as FHUB Academics. Also present as a guest speaker Bambang Sumantri, MBA and Dr. Anna Maria Tri Anggraini S.H., M.H.
This public lecture is a part of the 2020 National Consumer Day event. before the public lecture took place, BPKN also held a consumer protection consultation clinic in 1st floor Building B FHUB.

The Presenters deliver material about the duties and authority of BPKN, the importance of public awareness as consumers to become intelligent consumers, cases of consumer protection violations that occur, consumer protection strategies and institutional systems, the scope of regulations related to consumer protection and the efforts and recommendations made by BPKN to Related institutions regarding consumer protection from various sectors such as Umrah travel agencies, housing, health services, personal data protection and informed consent.
