Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya bekerja sama dengan Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia mempersembahkan kompetisi hukum terbesar di Indonesia yaitu:
” Constitusional Law Festival 2023 “

Constitusional Law Festival hadir dengan serangkaian kompetisi yang diharapkan mampu menjadi sarana pengembangan keilmuan dibidang hukum yang akan memperebutkan Piala Bergilir Prof. Abdul Mukhtie Fadjar dan Piala bergilir Prof. Achmad Sodiki.

Rangkaian Kompetisi CLFEST 2023 akan dilaksanakan pada:

Tempat : Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya

Tema besar Kompetisi CLFEST 2023 kali ini adalah:
⚖” Aktualisasi Hak-Hak Warga Negara Guna Menciptakan Tatanan Hukum Yang demokratis“⚖

Dengan rangkaian acara Kompetisi
Perancangan Undang-Undang yang mengangkat tema:

⚖”Rancangan Undang-Undang tentang Perampasan Aset Terkait Tindak Pidana“⚖
