“Flashback on the Kanjuruhan Tragedy: Examination of the Free Verdict of the Kanjuruhan Tragedy Defendants“

October 1, 2022, became the darkest day in the history of world football, the homeland, and even the world. Kanjuruan became a silent witness to how law enforcement officers from the Indonesian National Police fired tear gas, causing chaos and causing 135 people to die, 24 to be seriously injured, and 623 to suffer minor-moderate injuries. It doesn’t stop there, we still have to examine law enforcement in court together with the acquittal of the suspects.
