The Bachelor of Law Study Program organizes the teaching and learning process in accordance with the curriculum content which is divided into several courses and the number of classes. The graph below shows that in 2020, the number of courses will increase due to curriculum changes. The increase in the number of courses is in line with the increase in the number of classes. The more the number of classes, the smaller the number of class capacity so that the teaching and learning process will be more effective.


 

Face-to-face is the number of meetings/lectures per class for one semester which is one of the important elements in the teaching and learning process in each of the courses held. The number of face-to-face meetings is calculated based on the percentage of the number of real face-to-face with the number of meetings that should be. The graph below shows that the average face-to-face percentage in each semester tends to be stable, which is above 80%.


 

The Grade Point Average (GPA) is calculated based on the weight of all course grades divided by the total number of credits that have been taken by students.The graph below shows the GPA in odd semesters.

 

In 2020 the number of courses held in the teaching and learning process is 33 courses with details of 4 courses in the even semester and 29 courses in the odd semester. The number of courses has increased by 7 courses compared to 2019. The highest number of courses that have been held in a period of 5 years was in 2017 which was 36 courses. The following is a comparison of the total number of courses held by the Master of Law Study Program during the 2016-2020 period.


 

In 2020 the number of classes held in the teaching and learning process in the Master of Law Study Program is 12 classes in the even semesters and 41 classes in the odd semesters. The number of classes in the even semesters did not change from the previous year but the number of classes in the odd semesters increased by 13 classes. The following is a comparison of the number of classes held by the Master of Law Study Program during the 2016-2020 period.


 

The number of face-to-face meetings is an important element in the teaching and learning process in each of the courses held. From the diagram below, it can be seen that the average percentage of face to face in all classes in the Master of Law Study Program is adequate, which is above 80% and the trend is increasing from 2016 to 2019, both in the even semester and odd semester, although the percentage is decreasing. in 2020.


 

From the diagram, it can be seen that the average trend of the Cumulative GPA for students of the Master of Law Study Program from 2016-2020 experienced a significant increase, although in 2020 the trend decreased. The highest average student grade point average was in 2018.

 

In 2020 the number of courses held in the teaching and learning process in the Master of Notary Study Program is 19 courses with details of 8 courses in the even semester and 11 courses in the odd semester. The number of courses has not changed since 2018.


 

In 2020 there are 21 classes in the even semester and 39 classes in the odd semester. This number decreased when compared to 2019 where in that year there were 40 classes in the even semester and 50 classes in the odd semester. From the diagram below, it can be seen that the number of classes in even semesters tends to increase even though in 2020 the number decreases. Meanwhile, in the odd semester, the number has tended to decrease since 2016. Overall, the number of classes in 2020 is the smallest in the 5-year span, both in the even semester and odd semester.


 

The number of face-to-face meetings is an important element in the teaching and learning process in each of the courses held. The average number of face-to-face meetings in the Master of Notary Study program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya, both in the Even Semester and Odd Semester, is mostly adequate, which is above 80% of the total number of meetings that should be even in the odd semester of 2020, the percentage is very high, namely 96%.


 

In 2020, the Cumulative Achievement Index of Students of the Master of Notary Study Program is the same, both in the even and odd semesters, which is 3,4. The Grade Point Average is relatively the same as the previous year.

 

As explained in the previous section, 2020 is a transition year in curriculum implementation. In the even semester of 2019/2020 the curriculum used is the 2012 curriculum, while in the next odd semester using the 2020 curriculum. In the 2012 curriculum, the number of courses offered in the odd semester is 4 classes with a total of 12 credits and the number of classes is 12 classes in the Doctorate of Law Study Program. The number of courses taught in odd semesters is more than doubled in the Doctorate of Law Study Program, which is 8 courses with a total of 38 credits and the number of classes offered is 20 classes.


 

Based on the graph, it can be seen the trend in the percentage of face-to-face in the Doctoral Study Program of Law, the number of face-to-face meetings in 2016 to 2018 was always above 80% with the highest average attendance in the even semester of 2018 with an average number of face-to-face meetings of 95%, while the average the lowest face-to-face attendance occurred in 2020 which only reached 61.59%, one of the reasons for the low face-to-face is lectures conducted online during the Covid 19 pandemic. Not all lecturers are proficient in operating technology in the teaching and learning process.


 

The Grade Point Average is obtained based on the calculation of the weight of the grades per course divided by the entire load of credits that have been taken by students. The diagram illustrates that the average GPA of the Doctorate of Law Study Program from 2016 to 2020 is as follows; The average GPA in the odd semester has increased and decreased with the highest average in 2016 being 3,85 while the lowest average GPA was in 2020 with an average of 2,05. While in the even semester, the highest GPA was in 2017 with an average of 3,95 and then decreased in 2020 with an average of 2,04.

In the 2012 curriculum, the number of courses offered for the Doctorate of Law Study Program PSDKU Jakarta in the odd semester, the number of courses offered is 4 with total credits 12 credits and the number of classes opened is 8 class. The number of courses taught in the Doctorate of Law Study Program PSDKU Jakarta is 7 courses with a total of 16 credits and the number of classes offered is 10 classes.


Based on the graph below, it can be seen the trend of the percentage of face-to-face in the Doctorate of Law Study Program PSDKU Jakarta, the number of face-to-face meetings in 2016 to 2018 was always above 80% with the highest average attendance in the even semester of 2019 with an average number of face-to-face meetings of 100%. The interesting thing about the face-to-face average at the Doctorate of Law Study Program PSDKU Jakarta in 2020 is that lectures conducted online do not discourage lecturers from providing material.
