Study Load

The study load is 40 (forty) credit semesters, consist of:

  1. 7 credit semesters of university mandatory
  2. 13 credit semesters of credits compulsory courses of study programs
  3. 4 credits semesters of compulsory courses of interest/ concentration
  4. 4 credits semesters of elective courses of interest / concentration
  5. 12 credits semesters of thesis

Lecturing activities carried out within three semesters. The research design of the thesis can be submitted in semester 2, followed by research in semester 3 and/ or 4. Thus the study completion time is four semesters and a maximum of eight semesters.

For students who already took 3 semesters, but if there are courses which they didn’t pass or they have less credits, they given the oportunity to attend remedial classes in 4th semester. The cost of the remedial classes paid by the student.

In semester 3 student shall program and passed 2 compulsory courses of concentration (4 credits) and shall choose and passed 2 compulsory courses of concentration (4 credits).

 

1. Agrarian Law

Compulsory courses of concentration of Agrarian Law consist of:

  1. Agrarian Politics (2 credits)
  2. Development of Agrarian Law (2 credits)

Student of Agrarian Law concentration shall also choose 2 elective courses of interest/ concentration of Agrarian Law, which are:

2. Criminal Law
